The first step in creating an auction on DPX is to Create the Listing itself. At the top of the DPX site, click on Submit a Listing.

Select the Seller from your Client List (your client list will be pulled from the clients you have invited and have created accounts)

• Upload a copy of the Listing Agreement
• Add a Co-List Agent (optional)
• Click Next

Enter the Property Address (select the address from the auto-populated list)

• Verify the Property Location on the map
• Click Next

If you are in Phoenix or Nashville:

If you are in one of our launch markets, simply upload a pdf of the Agent Detail Report from your local MLS. Our technology will match the fields in our listing entry form, saving you from having to enter the information twice. Once the information gets loaded into the property details on DPX, please verify it for accuracy. You can also add other details you may have missed initially or create more detailed public remarks.

You will need to upload listing photos, videos and 3D tours to DPX. We are brand agnostic, so feel free to use any vendor you like.
