DPX was not designed to be a consumer-facing search site. There are a number of well-designed portals for the search/dream stage of the home buying journey. DPX was created to provide you, the agent, with a transparent platform for price discovery and bidding.
We don't believe you or your Buyers should have to submit an offer to a "black box" with no insights as to whether or not it is competitive and whether or not the Seller has seen the offer. We believe this creates better outcomes for everyone involved by saving time and heartache that comes with not knowing where you stand. And we believe that Sellers also benefit from listing their homes as an auction, so they know they got market price.
All that being said, you'll need to invite your clients to create an account on DPX to list or bid on a property on the DPX platform.
If you are a Listing Agent and want to list your Seller's home on DPX, the first step in creating the listing is to select your client. If you have not already invited your Seller/s to DPX, you will click the box to Add New Client.
Select "Add New Client" then follow directions. Your Seller will get an email inviting them to the platform. Once they create an account, it will be automatically connected to you as the Agent.
If you are the Buyer Agent and want to submit a bid on behalf of your Buyer (Buyers cannot submit bids on DPX without agent representation), the first step in submitting a bid is to select your client. If you have not already invited your Buyer/s to DPX, you will click the box to Add New Client.
Select "Add New Client" then follow the instructions. Your Buyer will get an email inviting them to the platform. Once they create an account, it will be automatically connected to you as the Agent.
