All real estate brokers and agents registering on DPX agree to waive all other commission arrangements from the Buyer and the Seller involved in a DPX transaction. The DPX Distribution will be the sole payment for the Buyer Agent and the Listing Agent involved in a DPX transaction, as per the Terms.
